J.Lo facing $40 Million lawsuit for cancellation

J.Lo was set to perform at a hotal complex in Cratos, Turkey but decided to withdraw from the gig after the Cyprus Action Network of Amerika slammed her for going to appear. Boss Murat Bozoglu says, "The contract has not been terminated. If she does not show up for the concert, we will begin a procedure in the courts to claim 35-40 million dollars in damages.
"The cancellation... is not covered by any clause in the contract she signed with us."

If she doesn't show she should indeed be penalized, but I doubt they have damages even nearing $40 million. So the amount is a bit ridiculous.
